Bomb Disposal Robot

At Bergen County Academies, engineering students had to complete a senior capstone project. For my capstone, I chose to restore and upgrade a Pedsco RMI-3 Bomb Disposal Robot from the Bergen County Bomb Squad. I primarily used my learnings from my experience with Battlebots and Recon Industrial Controls.
After completing CAD of the robot in Autodesk Inventor, I implemented a new 2.4 GHz communication system, camera swivel, webcam, speed controllers, limit switches, resettable fuses, tires, and new lithium ion batteries. Additionally, it featured a user interface made using LabRecon software.
